Turlock Eyecare is an optometric corporation, owned by Drs. Alan Julien and J.P. Hamel, that has provided highly competent and personalized professional eye care in Turlock since 1950 when the practice was begun by Dr. Ronald Julien. Together with our associate Dr. Brendan James, we offer a complete array of optometric services including visual analysis, treatment of eye diseases, diagnosis and treatment of glaucoma, co-management refractive surgery, diabetic eye exams, children's vision and contact lenses.

We are trained in the fitting of the SynergEyes®, a new hybrid contact lens. SynergEyes offers a wide variety of hybrid contact lenses to meet your visual needs whether it be to correct for astigmatism, keratoconus or post surgical issues.
