Our office accepts all of the insurances below, as well as many others. Payment for services not covered by insurance is due at the time of service.We offer a 7% discount (17% for seniors 65 or older) on services and materials paid in full on the date of service. This does not apply to contracted insurance overages or insurance discount programs.We accept both Visa and Master Card. Please call to inquire about your specific coverage.
