All co pays are due at time of service. Call us with any questions and we will use our resources to help you understand your coverage for vision benefits, eye health benefits, glasses and contacts. Keep in mind that some medical insurances may be applied to visits for eye health exams, so even if you do not have a vision plan, give us a call.
